Fate/stay night Remastered Also Coming Next Week

Publisher Aniplex and developer TYPE-MOON have announced two games in the FATE series that are coming to the Nintendo Switch. Fatehollow ataraxia REMASTERED and Fatestay night Remastered are both set to release on August 8 for the hybrid console. Fatehollow ataraxia first debuted on PCs in Japan in 2005, with a PlayStation Vita version following in 2014. Fatestay night, meanwhile, was originally released on PC in 2004, with a Vita version following in 2012.

Both games are visual novels set in the Fate universe, which is also home to the popular Fate/Grand Order mobile game. Fatehollow ataraxia is a sequel to the original Fate/stay night, and follows the story of Shirou Emiya and his friends as they investigate a series of mysterious murders. Fatestay night, on the other hand, is a prequel to the original game, and tells the story of how Shirou became a Master in the Holy Grail War.

The Switch versions of both games will include all of the content from the original releases, as well as some new features. Fatehollow ataraxia REMASTERED will feature updated graphics and sound, as well as a new opening movie. Fatestay night Remastered will also feature updated graphics and sound, as well as a new epilogue.

The release of these two games on the Switch is sure to please fans of the Fate series. Both games are highly regarded visual novels, and they offer a great way to experience the world of Fate. With their updated graphics and sound, the Switch versions of these games are the definitive way to play them.
